MindStore inspires change in individuals and team attitudes and performance.
Damian was personally trained here in Australia by Jack Black in early 2010 and is the first authorised trainer for MindStore in Australia.
Damian was born, raised and educated in Scotland. Whilst working in the personal banking and mortgage areas of the RBS he qualified as a Chartered Banker and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland. He graduated in Edinburgh with an Honours degree in Financial Services in 2003. From 2002 – 2005 he was the M.D. of a growing franchise business in Scotland. In 2006 he moved permanently to Australia with his wife Fiona. Damian and Fiona live with their young sons Alastair 2 1/2 and Ewan 9 months in beautiful Coolangatta, Queensland.
Both Damian and Fiona have been MindStore members for over 10 years and have seen how the simple yet powerful MindStore tools and techniques have helped them and so many others use much more of their potential, to set huge goals and achieve them time and time again.
In our own lives we use the MindStore principles every day:
